    These double layouts are really cool – how do you set them up for printing in books without losing any of the text or photos in the “gutter”?

      I personally have printed books at Adoramapix, and they print books without a gutter. The pages are lay-flat with no gutter, and the books are AWESOME qualitty, and they have some terrific sales. I don’t know who else prints this way- that’s just my personal experience.

      I second that: if you want no gutter, print with adoramapix.

      I do tons of double page layouts. I typically don’t put anything important in the gutter and I then I print with CherishBound. I do loose some things, but not enough to bother me.
