It’s already day 3. Amazingly, we are still doing a pretty good job with this project. My day was boring and uneventful (I work all day on Wednesdays) so I didn’t have as many photos, but my daughters and Marky’s nurse pitched in with their photos.
And I learned a few things already. #1: They don’t realize Marky is supposed to be on his TUMMY on the scooter. LOL! and #2. I’m already getting more creative and planning the photos more. For example, I knew i wanted a photo of my little guy’s middle of the night drink of milk. Clearly I needed light to capture the photo, but I wanted to convey “middle of the night”. I was pondering that as I filled the cup before going to bed and realized that the light from the fridge would work perfectly to convey that mood. (I’m already seeing that P365 would drastically improve my photography…still thinking about that major of a commitment.)
Top to bottom, left to right-ish: Blowing bubbles outside in your PJs before breakfast. That’s how all the “good Mom’s” do it, right? Utah State’s Old Main lit up at night (oldest DD is a student…this is one of her pics from today), Marky on the scooter (upside down), middle of the night drink of milk, leaves are beginning to change in the canyon, many (if not most) afternoons my snack is a small dish of oatmeal with crasins. As I headed upstairs (to work) I heard footsteps behind me. My little guy had his own dish of oatmeal and a spoon and was following right behind me…thrilled., asleep. lamp light on, video playing on netflix. Designer Club webinar this morning, stained glass windows in USU’s Old Main, & my 16 year old is WAY excited because ios7 came out today. (I didn’t even realize that…and I wasn’t sure I wanted to download it yet.) She texted me in the middle of the day to find out if it was available yet. So I downloaded it, installed it, screen shotted my main screen and texted it back to her. Her response? “U suck”
