Because we all need more happiness in our lives…right? Did you know there are 4 stages of reveling in a moment of happiness? According to Gretchen Rubin (the guru of happiness) you:

– savor the moment as you experience it,

– express your happiness to yourself or others, and

– reflect on a happy memory.

And there it is. REFLECTING on a happy memory can make you more happy. And what better way to do that than enjoying your photos and stories in a scrapbook.
