Gallery Standouts

Hey Everyone! I found some digital scrapbooking layouts in the Scrap Orchard gallery that I wanted to share with you.

Tpbuffy used One Year Older kit to decorate a very special bowling birthday. I like her clustering work and the dimension it creates.

The other layout I wanted to share with you is by LoriJ She used Game On! What a great way to show how many different versions there are of the “Memory” game. I know I’ve played many different versions.

Bestcee shares this layout using Penalty Box. Love all the different papers she used. Love her pictures of the players and spectators.

Last I have this layout from Spudgeon using Apple of my Eye. Love the use of the triangle trees.

Hello Friends! I loved digital scrapbooking day! The games were tons of fun. (Though I still only found 3 of the 4 railroads in Scrapopoly!) It was fun to get to know some of our fellow scrappers! I’ve been looking through the gallery to see what our “peeps” have been up to, and I have some layouts to share with you. They are all very different.

First I have ScrappinRae. She used Pizza & Pasta to highlight her little one’s food-wearing activities. Great cluster with the pot.

Next up, kraezd70 used In the Backyard for her “Boys and their Toys,” layout. Love all her horizontal lines.

Next, CarolinaScrapper, used Eeeeek Bundle for this scary layout. Love the stitches and rick rack.

I thought for sure there would be tons of digital scrapbooking Halloween layouts in the SO Gallery! I guess it’s too soon. I imagine all you wonderful scrap artists are waiting for new pictures this year. I did find some great layouts there. Let me show you!

First, Shazzabess. She used See Clearly Now. I like that she used elements for most of the layout, and used the pictures of her daughter as mini0-pictures.

Next, Spudgeon She used Leafy Treetops to create this chore chart. If bright and happy and I think the kiddoes are more likely to do there chores!

Next, ToyStoryMomof2. She used Great Outdoors. I like the use of the circle and banner to emphasize the theme, but a large picture of her kids.

Hope I shared some layouts you hadn’t seen and that I have your hands “twitching” to get scrappin! (LOL! I couldn’t resist a halloween-y word.)

Hello. We really have some creative friends in our Scrap Orchard gallery. I found some new digital scrapbooking layouts to share with you. Meagan43 created this layout using Chocolate Lovers. Isn’t Megan creative? She used the buttons to make Mickey Mouse ears.

Next, CraftyTam used Letters From Home for this fun activity. She has done some amazing clusters and layering.

Last, I’ll share this layout from Lenushenka She used One Year Older. She used layers to add dimension to her layout.

Hi! Have you looked at the gallery over at Scrap Orchard lately? There are some amazing digital scrapbooking layouts that will catch your eye. I find myself studying them and trying to figure out how they created the layouts. I picked out a few of them to share with you. All the products are linked up for you below the layouts!

Ybaros used Aviator & Aviator Bonus Papers. Love all the layering & cluster work she has done, the filmstrip pictures and the flight path. Her use of the paint in the background really pulls all the colors together.

Next we have a layout by clemmon03 She also used Aviator & Aviator Bonus Papers. Her layout is completely different from ybaros, but is just as cute. I love the cloud background paper and her cluster work is beautiful. The pictures of the kids wearing headsets can only be improved by the smiles on their faces.

Htew used Apple of my Eye Bundle to tell her tale of their family trip to the Apple Orchard. Her paper elements are so fantastic. All the different layering shapes really add some great texture to the layout. Great clustering.

Last I have a layout by Jaharvey. She used Bluebird on my Shoulder to add some great golds & blues of her scenic lake layout. She uses just a few elements, but they add to the peaceful beauty of the lake.

Good day, all! I’ve been taking a stroll through the gallery at Scrap Orchard, picking some of my favorite layouts posted in recent days. Two pages caught my eye that used Chelle’s newest birthday themed kit One Year Older. First, there’s this gorgeous page by larkd (Linda). I love the way she used the banners on the page, and I really like how she added a tight dark shadow to her title words to make them stand out. Did you notice she made a page about the fair with a birthday kit and it works perfectly? I love that.   

I also love this page by Spudgeon that is about a special birthday celebration using the same kit. I love the yellow paper background, and I love the way she added a semi-transparent paper behind her journaling to allow for easy reading. She also added the names of the children on the photo on top which I love to do in digital scrapbooking. Great memory keeping!

Here’s another page that jumped out at me. Keepscrappin (Kayla) made this one using Chelle’s Taste of Home and her Pizza & Pasta Bundle which coordinate perfectly together. The large photo caught my eye, and the way she layered a few important elements on the corners anchoring the smaller photos really caught my attention, too. I love the small clusters with the ribbons tying everything together.

Finally, I found a page by djp332 (Donna) who is a guest on Chelle’s team this month. Look carefully: She has made a digital scrapbooking page about a paper box she made in real life using one of Chelles’s digital scrapbooking kits Indian Summer. I love that it’s a bit recursive to think about! And, I love all aspects of how this looks. The box she made is adorable and will be perfect for a small treat for someone, and the page she made about the box will allow her to save the memory for herself, as well. Perfect!

Hello! I was just over looking at the gallery and found some wonderful digital scrapbooking ideas to share with you.

First let’s talk about CraftyTam. Tammy used Mane Event & Me & My Shadow Styles to create this layout about “Locks of Love.” What beautiful hair! Love the braid of hair on the side of the layout!

Next we have Sunnstergirl. She created this sweet layout to help remember her daughter’s blessing. I love the way she used the clustering and how she spelled out blessing dress and aligned the cluster of the blessing dress in a straight line. So pretty! She used Choose the Right {Eternal}.

Tanni celebrates the milestone of finally becoming a blackbelt. Love the belt display & use of the shattered wood.

She used Black Belt & Defined.
